This product works well

The included pump is not great and takes about 15 minutes to blow up by stomping on the pump over and over. Otherwise, the ball itself is great.

I was sitting on this ball at work and it exploded dumping me on the ground. My broken arm was just healing and of course i feel onto that arm. Just lucky i didn't hit my head. The ball was less than a month old. My previous yoga ball lasted for 10 years. This was dangerously defective. Do not buy.

I was expecting at full inflation that the ball would be sturdier but I sink all the way in and farther than I expected. I have used these at the gym and it did not give so much. I thought I was ordered the heaviest duty ball possible but I think not. I'm no waif so I don't expect miracles but this made me feeling like I in a lounge chair rather than an exercise-inducing environment. Overall quality was good just not what I needed. The included manual pump kit is worthless unless you make blowing up ball your entire workout.UPDATEThe Trideer folks were in touch w/ me about the review and wanted to make sure I was completely satisifed! The fact that they cared enough to follow up and provide that level of customer service was enough to win me over but they also sent me a replacement ball that was firmer than the original ball I ordered! The replacement was perfect and I wanted to be sure I updated to let anyone reading this know that they have displayed excellent customer service and went beyond what they had to to make sure customer(me) was satisified. Thank you!

Very pretty color but runs too small.Got for our daughter who is 5.3 high, we got this L size but it's too small and didn't work for 30 inch high desk, unless if you raise your arms high to work on your PC which is strain your arms. Reordering XL and will update review.

I'm a big fan of Trideer stability balls because they're so thick and supportive. I had a herniated disc in my lower back that no other method was able to address. I ordered a L ball that fixed my back when I arched my back across it. I reordered this ball after years of using the other one. Unfortunately this one was the S size, even though my order says I ordered a L. If I had checked it in time, I could have exchanged it for the right size. But I was delayed in checking it and missed the window of time. However, it is definitely a nice, thick, high quality ball.

Blowing up the ball was easy as it included a foot pump. A plastic pin goes into the hole to secure the air seal. I have exercised with it with the full weight of my body (195 pounds) and not had any issues. I would keep it away from sharp table corners and objects but I suspect this product will last a long time.

Physical Therapy - For back pain relief, stretching, sciatica exercisesWhat I didn't like about it is that it when you inflate it and remove the pump to insert the pin it begins to lose air. It does bot have like a non air escape feature to allow you time to insert the pin in the designated hole. 2nd: after three uses it loses air and you have to inflation again. It is stable though, like the color and the texture which makes it non-slippery when grasping.

Use for rehab exercises and sitting.

This product was good for a bit until it popped. My son was sitting on it when it popped right from under him. Luckily he was not severely hurt. We have only had for 6 months. Not sure how long they are supposed to last. Also it was not over inflated. So that was not the reason it popped. I gave it a 3 star because it was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

I'm in my third trimester of my second pregnancy. I'm 5'5 and as of now 150 lbs I ordered the size LARGE ball and I think I would've been more comfortable on the next size up. However I am still using it and loving it. High quality material and nice packaging. It comes with a hand pump which I've seen a lot of people complain about but truthfully it works just fine! 10/10 recommend.

I bought this to rotate with my desk chair for better posture and ended up using it as such and in my workouts! All around, excellent ball. The material is thick so it can hold some weight (I'm 5'1, 150lbs). It is also high enough to function well as a desk chair - picture to show the height equivalent to my standard desk chair. There are no shortage of options for using in your workout routine either! No regrets with this purchase :)

Seems strong for therapy application. The pump supplied is too small for the large ball I bought, I have to use a boat pump to inflate mine, otherwise it may take a long time 30 minutes.

Does come with a pump and is easy to fill. Perfect for an at home gym!

Although I have only had this ball for a short time, I love it! I did need to add some air after a little over a day, but it seems to be holding air great after a week. High quality material, thicker than previous balls I've had. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the pump! I would rather have had a foot pump. It took a while to pump it fully. However, the hand pump did work great for adding that additional air the next day! All in all this is a great ball and would buy it again!
