Great product, very sturdy. I am 5'10 and this ball is the perfect size to use for my maternity. The ONLY complaint I have is blowing the dang thing up.... I swear it almost put me into labor. You can use the pump provided as a foot or hand pump, either way you will get a workout before using the ball itself.

The ball is good quality, the pump to inflate it is ridiculous. It takes FOREVER to get it to inflate. After 30 minutes , I got annoyed and went and borrowed my neighbor's air pump.

I have both the XL and the Med ball-very nice and stable. Both came with a standard foot pump, whereas some of the other balls of the same brand come with an auto-pump with batteries. I feel like they should have the option to come with the battery-powered pump instead of the foot pump. Not like I didn't like the leg workout it gave me, but it could have saved some time and I could have gotten right into my workout a lot sooner.

the foot pump quit working almost immediately. Had to rely on my old hand pump. Ugh. The ball, itself, is really nice.

The quality seemed good until I pumped it up to as much as it could go. Sat on it for a bit and bounced up and down and slowly it deflated, not completely but just enough it wasn't helping my back while sitting on it.

The ball seems to be high quality and wasn't terrible to inflate. Biggest concern is the size chart is off. I am 5'8” and it's way too small for me to use for seated exercises. Even fully inflated, I'm sitting pretty far below my knees. Need at least an XL.

The ball works great. It's sturdy and comfortable. The package includes multiple tips and a foot pump. Save yourself the trouble and ignore the foot pump for all but the last 5. Just blow through the hose to inflate it (take your time, it's just a big balloon). And use the pump for the very end. The pump is unstable and wants to turn under your foot so trying to inflate the entire ball is a no go.
