Love the quality of the Trideer Yoga Ball!!Just had complete lumbar fusion surgery and the ball is making a difference in the back pain level by stretching with it as the support.

Definitely inflate the ball once and again after 24 hours. It is great I exercise with it often

It's hard for me to get excited about an exercise ball. This one inflated and works as expected. I was very happy with the instructions that totally set appropriate expectations for inflating the ball and giving it some time to soften. I previously bought a ball already inflated, so appreciated that it came with a pump, 3 plugs, and a plug puller.

I wanted a ball chair for my desk that I could sit on and be at the right height ergonomically. I measured and used the chart and thought the 'large' would be sufficient. It was way too tiny for the desk (see pic). I bit the buck and ordered an XXL and it works perfectly for the height I need for ergonomics for my 29.5 inch height desk (I'm 5'6'). It also fits snugly under it for storage which I like. See pictures. It's great for working from home comfortably, wish I could use it for the days im in office! It's helping my posture a lot too. I feel much better after a day of working on this than I do anything else.I have two cats and so far it's ok but I def. keep them away from it if they get interested.

Received the item today and I flated to 80 as instructed for the first day. However, there appears to be a tear from the logo printing process. Or the start of a tear. Unsure if it is usable or not yet. I will see if it deflates overnight.Update! Trideer contacted me to send me a replacement. They were so nice and understanding. I explained its no ones fault, things happen. Thank you Trideer!!!!!

This ball is very sturdy and excellent quality.It comes with a hand pump and is easy to inflate. Yes a compressor would be quicker, though it just took a few minutes (and good work-put ). I am 5'1” and the large was perfect for me for my PT exercises and Abs. A larger size would have been too big for me.The gray is a nice dark shade and almost looks like it sparkles.

Bought this to use as my desk chair per recommendation of a friend. She mentioned she wished she had bought the XL instead of the L. So, I bought XL instead of large (though their chart say for 5'7 to buy L). It's a perfect fit. It's the exact height my old chair is when I sit on it.

It takes a while to pump up the ball. The included foot pump is not very efficient. I do like the sturdiness of the ball. I am using mine as therapy for exercising my lower back and I am having no problems in completing a range of exercises my physical therapist provided. It was recommended that I use a 65 cm ball and when fully pumped up it measures to the specified diameter. They provide a tape measure to check the diameter, 3 plugs, and one wrench to remove the plug if you need to add air pressure in the future. These are very handy and appreciated. The product is price effective. I would purchase this product again if needed.
