It was easy to inflate, very sturdy and definitely helps with exercises. I got it to do PT after my knee surgery and it works great

The ball is great. The pump slowly took pieces of my soul until I could no longer look at it. It took two days to recover from pumping until I could use the ball.

My husband likes this ball..he rolls around on it alot...he's 6 foot and wishes he got the bigger size but he likes this one good enough

This yoga ball appears to be well made and the outer layer of the ball seems to be very sturdy. I bought this ball so that I could be able to do some of the exercises I do at physical therapy at home. The air pump connection wasn't the best because it kept separating from the pump, but I got it done.

Love how easy it was inflate. Feels very sturdy like it's definitely not going to bust. Has been helping my with my sciatic pain and great for me to prepare for birth. My husband who's is about 230lbs, has also been using it while playing video games and finds that his back doesn't hurt anymore. Overall, great ball we love it

It was a great way too work out using 10 pounds weights for upper body. I was able to engage my core at the same time which is great!

My personal trainer suggested I buy a stability ball for wall squats. Wow, ten times the workout on my hamms. Found it easy to inflate and other than the needle popping out several times, easy peasy! Took a while, but again no big deal. Had to inflate twice to get full inflation and remove wrinkles. It's been inflated for two weeks and no real leakage. Love this for working towards improved mobility and strength. Makes getting up off the floor easier and more secure.

The pump was a bit awkward but I got it inflated eventually. Added more air a few days later. It's very thick and durable. I'm 5'2" and it's perfect for me.

We got this to sit and bounce our new born on. She loves it so we love it! Durable and thick material so we can trust it to bounce our baby on. And Perfect sitting height, we are 5'2" and 5'6".

This stability ball is great. I was using one at my job every once in a while instead of sitting in a regular chair, and loved it. Once I became pregnant, I knew that I needed one for my home. It's so much better for my back then the lounger that I would normally sit it. It's also great for stretching out my back, since I'm always in pain. My 17 year old son also uses it for the same reason. Wish I had bought the bigger size, but this is definitely getting the job done.
