The taste is amazing, straight up or in my coffee.. the packaging? Completely safe and secure.. the expiration dates? Next year lol noooo complaints here.

My favorite flavor is the caramel. I make an iced coffee every morning for breakfast mixing 1 cup of dark roast coffee and 1 bottle of premier protein caramel. It’s the best iced coffee and only has 1 gram of sugar with 30 grams protein.

My wife ordered these after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic. She tried several brands of similar protein-rich nutritional drinks and settled on these as the best. Her dietician at the Cleveland Clinic also recommended them. She has tried both the chocolate and the vanilla brands. Of the two, she strongly prefers the chocolate drink, largely because she finds the vanilla drink too sweet.

This is a delicious flavor. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to increase their protein intake or simply looking for a low carb, low calorie, meal replacement. It keeps me full for about 4 hours.
