I love the taste. Does not have a chalky after taste like other protein shakes. I only give it 4 stars because it's too pricey.

My wife ordered these after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic. She tried several brands of similar protein-rich nutritional drinks and settled on these as the best. Her dietician at the Cleveland Clinic also recommended them. She has tried both the chocolate and the vanilla brands. Of the two, she strongly prefers the chocolate drink, largely because she finds the vanilla drink too sweet.

It tastes better than Muscle Milk and several others, it has the same protein and basic ingredients and costs less. Go for it.

Had the chocolate, vanilla, strawberries and cream and the Carmel. Chocolate was the best flavor but the others were ok too. Defiantly worth the buy for the protein content alone. since I'm preping for bariatric surgery in a few months I've been substituting one meal a day and have lost 14 pounds plus have more energy and my sugar has gone down so it really is worth the buy for that reason alone!

Vanilla flavor is good. All the flavors are consistent and don't have a lot of the artificial sweeteners after taste compared to someof the other brands.
