I bought this for my grandmother and her friend. It was much easier for them to tell the colors apart with this set, and I liked that the tiles are heavier and not thin plastic like the original board.

We liked the large well made letter tiles and board. Comes with storage pouch for all the tiles and 4 triple row letter trays for game playing. Definitely a quality purchase.

Tiles are bigger and colors easy to see.My 80 year old mom has easier time when we play with the larger set.

The pieces are large enough the colors are easier to differentiate. My mom is legally blind due to diabetes and the regular sized set is not as visible to her. Also, for those that love the rummy card game but have smaller hands, these tile games are perfect. She has challenged all her kids and grandkids with this set.

Love this game! We play with our neighbor every week. Her game has lighter colors on the tiles and I had trouble telling the difference between the orange and red tiles. These tiles are a bit heavier and easier to differentiate between colors.

This is a fun game that we have enjoyed for years. My elderly mother was having trouble gripping the smaller tiles in the original edition, so we had quit playing until I found this larger version. It is also easier to tell the different colors apart in this larger version.

Joined a Rummikub group and needed to have my own set just in case. I had a travel set but they were just too small. This is great and love the large size. Easy game and is great for family, from the younger (6) to the older!

I purchased this game many years ago to play with my son when he was in about the second grade. We loved it. Before long the entire family was playing it during holiday gatherings. Over the years pieces got lost including some of the pegs that held up the tile stands. I purchased this new box and we played it during the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved the new design of the tile holders -- no pegs! The size and color of the tiles were easy to read and handle. This game is one that is challenging for adults and simple for children to learn -- and the kiddos learn how to manipulate the tiles quickly. I can very highly recommend this game.
