This is a really fun game for the entire family. If you order this game be sure to order the larger number game. The regular set the numbers are just too small

This Large Number version replaced an old Rummikub game we had. The new flatter tray is so much better than the flimsy one with little legs that need to be inserted to keep it upright.My only peeve is the 6 and the 9 are the same shape and when looking at the board tiles upside down from across the table it is hard to tell them apart. some people have marked or painted something on the bottom edge of all the 6s or 9s to see the difference. I hope someday the game makers just redesign the 9 with a straight line. Ironically, as I type this I see this font has the same number shapes, but since I am not standing on my head reading this review, I can easily tell the numbers apart, unlike from across the table..

I bought this for my brother-in-law and sister in-law for Christmas. Rummikub is a family favorite and we often play at holidays and get togethers. However, I would always hear my sis-in law complain about how hard it was for her to differentiate the colors and she had a hard time seeing the numbers. She mentioned they made a large print version but she didn't want to spend the money on another set. Perfect Christmas gift idea! We played with this set and all of the family was impressed with the size and colors of this set. The numbers are inset into the pieces so they don't get rubbed off after lots of use. The color difference is also much brighter than the original set making it a lot easier to differentiate between red and orange, and also the blue and black. The pieces feel sturdy. I think anyone would enjoy this set even if they don't need large print for visual difficulties.

We love to play games in our family and Rummikub is one of our favorites! But due to aging eyesight and I guess poor lighting, we have had a hard time with distinguishing some of the colors and numbers in the original game. So I bought this as a Christmas present for my parents who are in their late 70s and they absolutely love it! They said that they can finally see everything clearly!I read some of the other reviews that said sometimes it was hard to tell the 6 from the 9, but they said that was not an issue for them. I have not yet visited to play with them, but I am excited to go before too much longer!

Had this game all growing up and wanted to purchase it for myself but saw a lot of negative feedback from the company no longer engraving the numbers. These tiles are engraved and huge. Definitely a good purchase.

What a fun game! I don't usually like table games, but I'm hooked on Rummikub. I've taught many friends to play, including my 12-year-old granddaughter. Everyone loves it. I especially like the large numbers which are much easier to read.
