I'll post an update once I've had it for longer. But right now, I'm so glad I bought this. It was very easy to install. I did it in less than five minutes. They also include some plumber's tape, an additional part for CA users, and a shower cap, which I thought was a cute touch. I didn't need to use the tape or the extra part. Water pressure isn't different than my previous shower head, which is good. I wasn't expecting it to be different, but saw some other reviews mention water pressure. Love all the different settings, it was a great purchase!

It came with an extra insert to change from 1.8 GPM (default) to 2.5 GPM. It was SUPER easy to install, took maybe 3 minutes. I didn’t change out the water limiter thingy and it has perfect pressure. Tested all the settings and they work, no leaks. Way better than my previous shower head. It also came with two shower caps which I thought was funny but won’t use. Haha

This thing puts out so much pressure that it drains my hot water heater pretty quickly. I’m just in an apartment so my tank isn’t big so no surprise. It does it’s job and it feels great! 10/10 would buy again.

Once I got this installed, it's been great. We removed the water limiter inside, so the stream is very strong. The only thing that stinks is when you use the the water saver option, water leaks down the hose.

Easy to install light weight and cheap feeling. I’m afraid to adjust the angle because I don’t want to snap off the mount and the massage feature doesn’t feel like a massage. It’s more of just a water hose.

This hand-held shower-head is largely plastic, but it is very well made, especially considering the price. Everything fits together very well, and they include teflon tape and rubber gaskets to keep everything watertight. They even included an extra rubber gasket, which I am using with my inline flow regulator. By the way, if you remove the flow restrictor (you can just pull it out with needle-nose pliers or tweezers), you really need to screw in a flow regulator or the flow rate will be way too high and you will waste a ton of water. Then you’ll be able to use a low flow rate most of the time and a high flow rate when necessary.

The shower head works great no leaks install quick . I purchased so I could help in bathing my Mom who needs help bathing and shampooing her hair. It work great. I don’t get water in her face with hand held light weight shower head.

Easy to install. Has changeable water flow valves to restrict water flow if you live in a state where it’s required. Feels kinda cheap it’s not a moen, for instance. But it works great for my teens bathroom and hasn’t broke. I bought this to replace a magnetic moen that did break. If you’re not the boujoe type that needs name brand, this is worth the money.
