It is plastic but it works great as long as you take out the water restrictor. I really only use one setting on it.

Been buying waterpik for awhile. But lately their quality has gone way down, using plastic for almost everything. I'm glad I tried this, the water pressure is great I feel nice and refreshed after my showers. Thank you !

I bought this in August 2021 and it was amazing. Easy to install. Good pressure. Everything was fantastic I loved it. However just last weekend (May 2022) it started pouring out through the edge. And a lot of it. It has become very loud and a nuisance. It's only been a few months and I am very disappointed that I have to go buy a new one. If you're looking for a product for the long haul, don't get this one.
