Length of hose is too short

One star came off immediately because of what I can only call deceptive advertising. The marketing jazz for this product states clearly that the connector piece and ball joint are brass. Comparing itself to the others which are plastic. It certainly is NOT. Other than that, I'm very happy with the product. It was very easy to install. The longest part was taking the old shower head off and cleaning off the old tape. Using the included plumbers tape was not necessary since there is a washer already in the hose. There are no leaks without the plumbers tape. It comes with the 1.8 GPM flow restrictor installed. I very easily popped that out from the bottom of the handheld unit. I used it the first time with no flow restrictor at all and the water pressure was awesome but began to feel a little eco guilt and wound up installing the 2.5 GPM restrictor that also comes with the unit. Still really good pressure. I use this in a tub/shower. When using the pause setting the water is diverted from the shower unit to the tub faucet where it comes out full force so not saving any water. For that I still have to just turn the water off. Not sure how that works in a standalone shower. Overall I'm very happy with it. But they do need to change their product description concerning the brass (PLASTIC) connector piece.

The HOPOPRO shower head was so easy to install I was able to do it myself. The functions are perfect and I've had zero issues so far. As long as it lasts long enough I will continue to be pleased with it and will order the same brand in future.

Had to change my shower head because the old one cracked this one you don't have to worry about it the part that screws onto the shower head is not plastic thumbs up and the water comes out perfect there are five settings awesome

This shower head changed our shower completely. We were having problems with our water staying hot, had no idea it was the previous hose, with this new head the pressure is much better and the temperature never gives out. 10/10 reccomend

It was great until the washer break and start leaking. Washer is plastic which cause to leak when it crack.

Water saver cuts water pressure alot. You don't feel like your taking a shower. I removed it and very happy with shower.
