This took me back to my childhood Christmases. What beautiful memories. I recall my mom putting these out during the holiday. With a family of 12, they didn't last long. Very tasty. Pleased. Very pleased.

Still candy though so we broke it up and the kids still enjoyed it as much as we did. Love that we were able to share a piece of our childhood with our kids.

I originally bought these Old people candies for my boyfriend who's turning 40. I was curious how they would taste so I bought some for myself first and I took them to work and they were a huge hit. The 10 was slightly dented and I had to clean it up before I let anybody eat out of it because there was a lot of crumbs on it but that was a totally minor thing. The raspberry candies in the center are easily a favorite candy of mine now.

It was a gift to a friend. I did not try any. Swiss Colony has always been known for their quality products.

I remember while growing up in the 80's, my grandparents having a tin of ribbon candy at their house. As a kid, I always liked candy, but there always seemed to be something special about ribbon candy. Whether it was the unique colors, the taste, or the different shapes, there always seemed to be something special going on whenever I saw that tin come out. Of course, there is the obvious association of being around my grandparents while eating on the candy, so it has that going for it. Fast forward all these years later, I had a craving flung on me for some more memorable candies, and ribbon candy was on the top of that list. I searched around in many stores where I live, but no one seemed to have any. Thank goodness I went online and found this set. As soon as I saw the picture of the variety of candies available in the tin, I became hooked. I couldn't order them fast enough. Once they arrived, and I opened the tin, I was suddenly transported back to my childhood days all over again. That first bite seemed to make everything okay once more as I felt as if I was back with my grandparents. This variety tin has so many unique shapes, styles, and flavors, to choose from. I highly recommend these to satisfy your sweet tooth!

The center raspberry candies were great but I hardly got to enjoy the others because they were all just clumps of candy stuck together. I could get an occasional piece loose but for the most part the rest was a waste. I'll keep the tin for something.

Mother asked for the old fashion candy she used to have at home during holidays and did not give me much detail.I had to think back to my childhood and remember the name of the candy we had, this is it...Same flavor n taste, and they do tend to stick together over time a bit but are easy enough to break up.This was the brand she was thinking about and I brought her memories back to the time of us living in Milwaukee area in the 1960s once again, thanks for the memories...

We really love these old fashioned Christmas candies! The tin is very nice but the candy is excellent. Very pleased with both the variety and quality. We only wish there was more!

This was the most flavorful old fashioned Christmas candy I have ever had. It was so beautifully packaged in the attractive can and all of my guests were impressed with this product. It brought back memories of Christmas long ago in my childhood. It was pricey but it was worth it. It did not stick together in clumps as some other brands do. This will be my annual gift to my self and others from now on. Fortunately I still have a little left but it won't last much longer. So good. Thank you Swiss Colony for an excellent candy.

My wife wanted to get some old fashion candy for Thanksgiving and this did the trick. I thought it was priced a little high, but everything is expensive these days. The candy was very fresh and there was a lot of different kinds. That made it worth the money in my mind. My wife was thrilled it how everyone enjoyed it.
