The flavor is very good, I don’t know if it helps control the high blood pressure. I initially bought it for my husband but I ended up drinking it. I don’t I HBP Sorry guys

Not sure if the tea does anything for my blood pressure but it tastes nice without all the sweet flavors of so many nighttime teas - a bit of something hot as I'm watching my last on TV before bed.

It was effective after two cups in two days. It thins the blood a bit more than expected, but no other effects to be noted. Odd taste, but I will buy it again
