The jack arrived quickly and is plenty strong enough and was easy to crank for my old 4000 trailer. Since my old bolts were in good shape, it only took 10 minutes to swap out the old electric one so I could use it on my new trailer. Saved me having to buy a new electric jack for the new trailer.

Easy to install. Works as it should. Remember to get a foot so the pipe doesn't dig into the driveway or ground.

Kept this jack for a backup due to past problems with these jacks. Went to install this one. Parts missing and defective. Called their customer service and s/w Jackie. She had poor knowledge and was rude. Was not helpful. Threw jack out and bought a Curt jack at a local dealer.

It broke in less than a 7 months on a trailer that haven't moved in 3 months on top of it and the warranty person wants me to jump through hoops. he wants me to take it apart and see what's wrong with it. i bought 2 of them and one is still ok. the problem with it is takes 2 hands to barely spin the handle . you can only do that for an inch of lift. this item should have been replaced with no issue.
