Not 36 unless you stretch the heck out of it. It is 29 without the hooks. I had to add a 6 bungee to each to make them work for what I intended. Other than that, the quality seems good.

Liked that it appeared strong and weatherproof. Using it to hold a tarp over an outdoor grill. Need to order more, as I under estimated the length needed to secure the tarp around the grill and will need to purchase 2 longer ones as well, or 2 the same size as this. I will make every effort to purchase this brand again because it seem so sturdy.

Run two dogs at once, if they get along!A longer lead is better for timid or squirrelly dogs. Get them a 6’ lead.Don’t clip two of these together for an 8’ lead. It might be too long to keep your dog running at heel, and it will sometimes drag on the road, at the joint of two clips. The carabiners and bungee both wear down when that happens. They are not super heavy duty, but good enough.

We used these to link our rafts together when we float the river. Just the right length so we are close enough to have a conversation but not to close. Have bought them twice!

This are decent straps that will probably work for any project. I'm only giving 4 starts because I've had sets with better clips. These aren't terrible, there just is better out there. I would recommend this product.
