Was great, until the head snapped off (it's plastic) on the second day of use. Easy to use, but be careful not to apply too much pressure.

Great ball retriever.. Easy to used and easy to grip the ball. Just be careful when you got it extend all the way 15ft and putting force to get the ball. You might bend the stick and will have a challenge putting it back .
