Important to know that the heart rate will read high when it first displays and then go down to your actual rate after a few seconds.I have found it to be accurate with this in mind.

As a nurse I just dont feel its as accurate, theres never really any fluctuation which you see some minor stuff normally. This hardly budges so idk.

I have COPD so check my oxygen saturation often. This meter got top ratings n I definitely feel it was accurate n was much faster than the other one I own which also got good rating. This meter is my go to one now.

We bought this to watch our 02 levels when we came down with RSV (our daughter was also hospitalized). This product gave us peace of mind while we recovered and alerted us when levels were at a point of concern.

A big improvement over the last 3 pulse oximeter I've bought. Fast readings for and as accurate as our office $1400 unit which was a big surprise. Frankly most of these are junk and stop working after a short time. So far this one has been flawless.

I bought this for my husband. He says it's the nicest monitor he's had. The nicest feature is the ability to set alarms. He has COPD so his O2 can go to 88 without it being out of his range. Other O2 monitors don't allow you to change alarm settings.
