This little thing seems great! I got it because I woke up terrified one night while I had COVID forcing myself to breathe deep breaths since it felt like I was suffocating and couldn't get enough air. While I do not know what my O2 was at that time, it made me purchase this the next day in case I had another situation like that arise.I used it frequently for a week or two afterwards just to be sure. It is very easy to use and read, and it seems to be fairly accurate for me. It also seems solidly made and I really can't find anything to complain about. It just works, and it works well. One of those times that it felt like you get what you pay for, though I did not purchase a cheaper model to be able to compare it to, Even still, I recommend this.

We have bought two of these; one is perfect and one is a little less reliable. It's great that you can set it to beep when your oxygen level gets below the number you specify. This can be helpful for mild sleep apnea. I set mine for 90 to wake me up when my oxygen gets below that during sleep so I wake up and breathe deeply and get it back up to 95 before I go back to sleep again. If you wear it all night, it goes through two batteries in three nights.

I recently ordered this for my a-fib to keep track of my heart and oxygen rate. Very accurate and convenient to use. Would recommend this to anyone because it works well.

Works great. My only complaint is that it sounds a warning beep when my heart rate falls below 60bpm. My resting heartbeat rate is between 58-59bpm

This reads 1 below my wife's pulse-ox and two below my doctor's pulse-ox. But it is consistent, thus making it useful and reliable.

I need to have readily accessible oximetry readings on a daily basis due to lung failure (terminal without transplant). This oximeter is accurate and in line with my Apple Watch.

I do like this oximeter and use it often as I have copd and need to know how I am doing. This is very accurate, but caused me to panic when it does the blood oxygen level and my previous models did not show this. I am almost always low and the alarm will go off, causing me panic at first, but now I know that is just me and my usual level, not the machine. I like the heart monitor that goes across the screen instead of the ones that show a level going up and down, but not really showing anything. This is better. I would order again.
