These are amazing nights extremely sharp you can cut about anything you want with them I would buy them again without a problem. I had bought some that rusted really bad these are amazing

I like these knives especially because the covers click onto the blades and actually stay in place. They are wonderful for picnic baskets, RVs, and kitchen utensil drawers because of the safety feature. The colors are bright, the blades are sharp like typical paring knives and can be sharpened.

I seem to collect knives. I buy them so often. I like these paring knives for just about everything I need a knife for. I like the fact they have these covers. I feel safer and they stay cleaner. CJ

We found these knives about 14 years ago in a Black amp; Decker outlet. They were starting to show wear since we used them every day. I went looking for a replacement and found this set. We can't be more pleased. They are the exact same knives! I'm so glad we found them.

I bought these to keep in my lunch box and was interested in a knife with a cover. These are great for that purpose and on the plus side the cover clips on keeping to knife from slipping out and puncturing my soft lunch box. Blade has also been proved to hold its edge and is reasonable sharp.

I like the safety of the cover both in storage at home and when I take food with me that needs to be cut or peeled. I have been using this style for several years, would prefer no yellow or all blues or reds.

These knives hold their sharp edge well. The color coding prevents cross contamination when preparing meats and vegetables for the same meal. I highly recommend their use.
