I've had another guacamole container that was doing a great job although too many moving parts and sometimes it could get messy. This product has two parts. Really easy to use. I made guacamole and it was still great a week later. The seal is integral to the lid. You can't remove it but some of the guacamole did seep under the seal and I can't clean it out. If anyone knows how to clean under there, please do let me know. But it definitely does the job.

This works great at keeping my guacamole from turning brown. However after just one use, I found guacamole squeezed past the seal on the lid and impossible to clean out. I worry from a food safety point of view so unfortunately I will not be using anymore.

We tried ours for the first time last night with leftover homemade guacamole. An hour ago we checked it and it was still bright green and fresh. We live in Puerto Rico where even restaurant made guacamole is just awful. Hass Avocados are a challenge to find but when we find them we would only buy 2 and make a single batch of guacamole. Now we can triple up and have it a few times a week. I'm not sure what else we'd use this for and I'm usually adverse to single use gadgets and items but this is a clear exception. Highly recommended.

We love this for keeping our guacamole fresh without having to add acid, stays fresh and green for about a week.This is our second one so we use it a lot but longevity does not seem to be on its side with the airtight portion.

I looooove this thing! I had my doubts that it would keep the guacamole from browning, but it does! As long as you follow the instructions and make sure it seals tightly, it works great.

I really like this bowl and it kept the quacamole fresh. Very easy to clean. I did hand wash it though, just in case. It sealed so perfectly, I didn't want to risk it.

This really does work! We have used ours for about 3 months now and are shocked at how well it works. Nothing else has worked this well (although tin foil was a close 2nd) We made some guacamole at Christmas time and it accidentally got pushed to the back of the fridge. We pulled it out 2 weeks later and 95 was still the same fresh green color.... but we didn't eat it

I always use this for my guacamole but also other things if I need an airtight seal in a pinch, I've used it for my veggies that I've already cut as well! I love it!

This container works great. I bought this container at Aldi's a couple of years ago and I couldn't make it work. With trial and error this method is what worked for me. I don't heap my guacamole in the middle i have it higher on one side and tilt the lid to push air out in one direction. I make guacamole with 3 avocados, I access it every day and it lasts me 11 days without turning brown. I highly recommend this container.

I like how crystal clear the plastic is. And this does work really well to keep guacamole green and fresh! I wish it came in a smaller size though because it's bigger than we need for just two people... We still use it though, it just feels funny to use such a big bowl for a small amount of guacamole.
