Mission: Project Helping Hands is a non-affiliated, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing sustainable healthcare and education programs to people in developing countries, through culturally sensitive adventure.

Results: Last year, we deployed 12 medical teams in 8 differentcountries on 4 different continents. The countries wedeployed to were Kenya, Bolivia, Cambodia, Peru, Philippines, Uganda, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Those trips were carried out by nearly 200 volunteers, eachsacrificing their time and money to become a part of ourglobal mission—to provide sustainable healthcare andeducation programs to people in developing countries, through culturally sensitive adventure. Launching into new regions while continuing to maintainour established relationships is a key component to ourorganization’s success. We could do neither of those thingswithout a steady stream of volunteers willing to join us inour work. That’s why I’m encouraged to report that manynew volunteers undertook their first trip with us this year. Ofcourse, none of this would have been possible without thegenerous support of our donors.

Target demographics: Our medical and dental clinics provide free healthcare and health education in developing dations in areas where care is limited or difficult to obtain.
