Mission: Project Return is solely dedicated to the successful new beginnings of people who are returning to our community after incarceration. We provide the resources and services needed to gain employment and build full and free lives.

Geographic areas served: Nashville, Chattanooga, Middle and East Tennessee

Programs: We build relationships with our people, walking alongside them and encouraging them every step of the way. We start our work before our people get out of prison and stay with them throughout their journey in beginning and sustaining their new lives. Our Program Services team support and coach individuals through their transitions from incarceration to the community. We assist people with:-Individualized job search strategy: résumé creation, job leads, mock interviews, computer training, networking events, job search planning, and job coaching-Assistance with housing and utilities, medical and dental services, vision screening and correction, substance abuse services, counseling, child care, child support services, voting rights analysis, and additional needs-Obtaining identification documentation – birth certificates, state IDs, and driver licenses-Direct aid – food, clothing, bus passes, and transportation services
