Not extra wide as described, too snug at ball of foot area but are comfortable and seem to be sturdy so far. Three months hiking everyday use walking in all weather conditions, they are water proof. Would like to have them last more than a year update with time

These boots are nicely constructed but the toe box is flat. There is no room for thick or swollen feet.Unfortunately I had to return them.

I have severe foot problems related to both a birth defect and diabetes. These boots are comfortable and seem to be well made. I liked the brown pair so much I bought a black pair as well.

Boot looks good and true to color.If you have a wide foot you may still need to use a shoe/boot widener. Get the widest you can.They are lighter than a traditional boot so less fatigue. The sole is aggressive enough for hiking.Will update if something comes up.

This is the only boot my husband can find in 16 6E that he can wear to work in construction. No steel toe. He has ankle arthritis build up and requires a special boot insert. This boot accommodates it. The lace up allows for tightness control. Good traction sole. Wish they held up a little better. Have to replace about 3 times a year.

While I can't complain about the fit, the quality is exceptionally poor. After only two months of wear the soles are coming off, the finish is peeling off of the leather, and the lace guides are sharp enough that the outer casing is torn off of the laces. I can accept part of the blame because I should know by now that you get what you pay for. I paid for cheap price and that is what I got: Cheap junk

I use these for work boots, 5 months and the sole came off on my right foot from the toe to the mid arch,,I need a new pair but not these 100 for a pair of boots I would expect a year of use. There is normal wear and the boots did not look bad they were comfortable, until the sole came off.. Should the manufacturer replace the boots???? Shouldn't a pair of boots last a few years??? I seem to remember getting more use from foot wear when I was a construction worker in the 80's

For my flat duck feet. The most comfortable boots on the market. These are my second pair. Boots last twice as long as my other brand boots. I simply put my arch supports in and i can wear them all day on concrete then take my wife out dancing.

The width of size 13 5E actually is only as wide as my other name 13 2E. The biggest difference is in the inside height of the foot space which allows my brace to fit. The boots do not open quite as far down as I hoped for but with a shoehorn my feet go in and the boots feel great. The boots do require some break in and are fairly stiff as delivered. It should be no problem. The price was good and I am fully satisfied.
