hello my is Ray and a disabld diabetic been interestd in a pair of hikers for a while now been out here in the country in mid missourri these propet cliff hiker walkers are the best investment as my footware collction continues to expand afer doing my reseqrch on them there tough watterproof and continue to put them to the test everyday ,my suggestion is pre clean and condiion them often i bought boot brush and mink oil to condition them properly will do a video on those

Relatively sharp tip cap, needs to be at least an inch wider, to accomodate a nordic square foot. If seller would put fotos of each width in the description, then one could judge himself, if it is a fitting form for his feet.

Boots fit awesome, well made, warm, provide great traction. One lace broke after 3rd time wearing them. OTher than that, I love them.

Shoe is great. I've used it for hiking and snow shoeing. I have a wide thick foot that requires the shoe to be streched.

I just ordered my second pair after my first pair have about worn out after FIVE YEARS. I wear them daily for about 9 months of the year in construction, mostly driving vehicles and operating equipment so not much wear on the bottom of the soles. They are very comfortable and I order a wider size than needed which allows me to wear multiple pairs of insulated liners and socks for colder weather when needed.

I would like to buy these boots again but you increase the price of 30 dollars. I will purchase another pair if you will get them back to 80 dollars

Due to nerve damage I cannot bear pressure on my foot. These boots are so nice and loose that they are great for me. I usually don't wear socks but I sometimes do with these boots but more often than not I don't and they are comfortable even without socks. So at least for me these are great. The price has gone up from $64 in 2015 though, but I'm glad they're still selling them because it's part of Murphy's Law that if you find something you really like they'll discontinue it!

I expected these to last longer than 6 months. This morning my feet were soaked after walking about 100 yards in wet grass (from dew). I looked down at my boots and saw water gushing from the separation of the rubber outer sole and the leather. It's a pretty even Gail at this seam on both boots, front to back, more pronounced in front. There was a 2 month period in June/July/August where I did not wear these at all, and I alternated these with another pair of Propets. So really, these things lasted about 2-3 month of use. Absolutely unacceptable, no matter how comfortable the fit was compared to other hikers/waterproof outdoor shoes.

Rugged leather construction. Waterproof. Durable lacing hardware. This is my 2nd pair of these I nowhere near wore the first pair out but lost them in a move. I expect these to last for many years of adventures.
