purchased for my dad who has edema. They are wide enough for his swollen feet. He can finally walk in a shoe. Very thankful to find these shoes for him.

2nd pair snug down good velcro straps

Most like shoes do not have enough Velcro to keep top strap hooked. My feet are abnormally swollen, so this is important.

bought these shoes in April 2021, I am not a runner but bought the shoes for the velcro straps, one of the shoes (left) is separating from the sole. Disappointing for an $80 pair of shoes

I have full use of only one hand which is why I find the Strap Walking Shoe so easy to use. This is the third time I have purchased this particular designed shoe and I could not be happier. The quality of the shoe and the easy design of use make them my 'go-to shoes'. They are long lasting being made of high quality material throughout, many thanks.Paul.

A little disappointed how snug the fit in the toe. Also, didn't notice that they are constructed exactly as a running shoe with the sole extending to the toe, (and which invariably separate from the upper). Hopefully the construction is better than I have experienced in other similar shoes and the leather stretches in the toe-box. The insoles are the standard low cost, replaceable foam type, which only add a little padding but no support... that said, the arch support is still pretty good. These days I replace the insoles with a good quality insole, and will do that with these shoes as well. After all the criticism, if you can find a good fit in these, they are priced right in line with everything else in it's category (albeit the brand is not as famous as the popular brands). ALL of these shoes are made in China, and all have the same basic materials and construction. These have an all leather upper which does differentiate them from other $80 shoes. Update, after wearing the shoes for a few hours yesterday and today, I can feel they are beginning to shape to my foot.

My dad's feet were so swollen that it was hard to find shoes to fit. He wears size 15 but he wanted me to order size 16 xx wide. He loves them and fits very comfortably.

My father in law has edema bad, and these shoes are really comfortable for him, and they wipe clean!

Like the quality of the shoe and it is important for me to have the velcro closure.

Dad can't tie or do much and I got him the XX wide size, which is great for the elderly. Sturdy shoes and yet comfortable to wear. Dad really does love them!

My dad has diabetes and he loves these shoes. They fit great and are so much cheaper than actual diabetic shoes.
