Shoes are nice and have a supportive heal cup, but the fabric (i.e. fake leather) is quite stiff.

These shoes have a fairly smooth surface and don't pick up a lot of dirt to track into the house. I can easily wash the bottom of the shoes before going into the house from outside work.

Quality constructed shoe. I run between size 10.5 and 11 and bought an 11 to make sure it wasn't to small. (Buying shoes mail order is always a challenge.). Turned out it ran on the large side so I would recommend ordering on the low end if you are between two sizes. Being a large man, I like the velcro. Not easy to find in a dress shoe. The shoes are comfortable but would have preferred a little more cushion. Will probably replace insoles with after-market ones.

This is a comfortable walking shoe (and I am female) for me because I have a wide foot and I like the velcro access. I wish the velcro ties were a little longer though, but I manage fine.
