Mission: Providence House protects at-risk children and supports families through crisis, strengthening communities to end child abuse and neglect.

Results: Last year (FY 18-19):-98% of our children were successfully reunited with their parent or guardian. -65% of our highest-risk parents or guardians who received intensive family support services felt their family stability increased. -89% of parents or guardians were fully engaged in our recommended family preservation services. A 2016 long-term outcomes study conducted by Case Western Reserve University, published in Volume 61 of Children and Youth Services Review, affirmed our belief that our family preservation services have the greatest impact on our families' long-term stability and reduction of foster care placements following our services - 82% of children in the study did not enter foster care. An external evaluation completed by researchers from the Begun Center at Case Western Reserve University further proved the long-term effectiveness of our services by showing that Providence House clients are 73.4% more likely to be employed, 16.1% more likely to have their own house/apartment, and 33% more likely to have increased income after using our services.
