I normally love this conditioner but the product smelled different and didn't work as well. I wonder about age or authenticity....

It's nice conditioner, but I don't think it is 100% pureology hydrate. You don't get the scalp tingle like you normally would get.

The conditioner was in marginally better shape than the shampoo. Product was "loose" in a cardboard box, allowed to "bouce" around, and the seal cracked and product spilled into the box. I thought the lid/opening was cracked but after I cleaned it up and reattached to the bottle it was ok. But definitely lost some expensive product.

What the heck? I never write reviews but this one has me troubled! Firstly, the bottle is the wrong shade of purple. And secondly, although the product smells a lot like the one I buy at a salon, it totally dried out my hair in like two washes! The salon stuff super hydrates and conditions...almost where it weighs down my hair. Not this stuff. I just don't know about this one. Could it just have been a bad batch...???
