This mic is adequate for amature use. The reviews make it sound like some kind of miracle. It is not. I returned both due to their poor sound quality. I did however get one for my 9yr old.

First let me say I am a professional singer for over 30 years of live hugging...For the price, this is a decent back up mic in case my regular one craps out at a gig. It’s perfect to use for the hammers at our jam night!

I'm impressed with the sound and build quality for the price. I often buy Pyle products for their low price but quality is usually hit or miss. This time I got quite a bang for my buck. I'm only using it on my desk to communicate with artists from my mixing room to the recording booth but the quality is good enough that I might use it for live shows.

This mic is excellent for the price. Probably one of the best sub $15 mic there is. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If it were any more expensive then I would have given it 3 stars. The quality is decent. This was my first mic used to stream on twitch and it can produce a good enough sound for a new streamer. If you want a mic that you intend on using for years to come, and have ample quality, I would go with something a little nicer, meaning more $$$.

Fit my needs as a content creator on a budget that is just starting production. Not opera hall worthy performance i'm sure, but a step up from a lot of head set mics. This helped cut out a lot of background noise due to it's pick up pattern. But for sure recommend that you run it through an interface of some kind whether that is a physical mixer/interface or a virtual one like Voicemeter Bannana.
