Good value for the money. Provides good bass but it really was only impressive once hooked up to an amp. It does not provide clear music it’s definitely intended as subwoofer door replacement.

It was really easy to put on my 08 Tahoe, i got rid of the factory speakers and just put them directly with self tapping screws.

I replaced the passenger front door speaker in my 2008 Saturn Vue. It was not an exact replacement but definitely a good choice. I had to drill four new mounting holes and mount it with new screws. Was it worth it? A dealer quoted me $130 for the Saturn speaker and if I wanted him to install it, it would be another $180. Yep! Definitely worth it and I discovered it sounds better than the original speaker soooooo, now I want to do the driver's side next!

I bought one of these for a project a few years ago that I never got around to. Not long ago I ended up needing a pair of them, so I ordered another one. The quality in the build on this newer speaker has dropped ridiculously. It's got a plastic cage...no metal involved. Didn't quite line up with the mounting holes I needed, so I had to open the holes up a bit. It sounds ok for now, but I'm not expecting it to make it through the summer. Guess we'll see.
