Definitely noticed a significant difference in the amount of sweat I was producing during workouts. So far, it is working as advertised, lost 2 pounds only working out 2 to 3 days a week at 1 to 2 hours a day and eating a semi- healthy diet.

The supplement has caffeine, alpha-L Carnitine, and green tea extract. I noticed some appetite suppression and an energy boost. Not sure about fat burning.

So I’m caffeine sensitive and didn’t know how I’d react on this. I’ve been only taking 1 pill a day for a month and have lost 10 pounds!! Definitely helps suppress your appetite and just overall gives you energy for the day. Recommend it!

I really wish I would have took before pictures but this stuff works! I’m on my 11th day and I have lost 7lbs and 4inches! I also changed my diet more portion control then actual foods, increased my water intake and stopped eating after 7pm so I do think that is also apart of the lose. I just ordered the Lean PM because I have been having trouble sleeping because of the energy.

This thing gives me massive ammount of energy. I stoped drinking coffee. This is better. No coffee no headaches. This pill is better than monster . I just feel more active. Getting stuff done. Not juat for the gym ,but for everyday life chores aswell.

Burn XT is not like many other fat burners out there. No headaches, no crashes, and consistent energy throughout the day. Works well if you are intermittent fasting and helps focus on tasks instead of thinking about food.
