After bulking for a year I started trying to lose the little bit of fat that I gained while bulking even while in a calorie deficit with excercise I was having trouble losing that very last little layer of fat. Started taking this two weeks ago and already seeing results.

On day four with days 1 through three I only took one capsule today I took two but like 3 hours apart so far I'm down 4 lbs in 4 days I know that's probably water weight but I'll give another update in about a week
