On day four with days 1 through three I only took one capsule today I took two but like 3 hours apart so far I'm down 4 lbs in 4 days I know that's probably water weight but I'll give another update in about a week

I tried this product ( 30 capsules at first ) and along with a keto diet and intermittent fasting I lost like 10lbs in a little over 2 months. I don't know for sure if the weight loss was mostly due to diet or if the pill played a major part but I will say It did work with suppressing my appetite. I found that when I take 1 capsule I would still feel hungry but two does the trick.I'm trying this product again for a second time ( 60 capsules ). This time I'm not really dieting but still doing intermittent fasting. I'm currently 179lbs so we'll see how it goes. Aiming for 165

its been a pretty good experience so far! it helps me with working out and gives me the energy to do so. I've definitely noticed a difference when i started using it. great product!

I've tried the BURN XT and it made me a believer! Only if you stay consistent will you see results!! Immediately curbed my appetite, boosted my energy and helped keep me regulated (if you know what I mean lol). Literally about to order another bottle and test out more products! I can just feel my new body brewing!

Since day 1(the day I received the product), I've been breaking my own records with my workout routines. Today is day 4. I've been taking one a day(as soon as I get up). I'm not caffeine sensitive and I'm not usually hungry when waking up. So I take the pill with water and coffee. And a little later, I'm aggressively hungry. My side effect alone is I get hot. And the pill kicks in 1 or 2 hours after taking. I don't realize it until I actually workout. Prepare to sweat more. Prepare to do the most with your workout. I've switched to HIIT(pole aerobics) resistance training because my little 20 minute daily rowing isn't enough. Fast music also helps lol. I plan to take two a day after my first week. I have a wedding to attend soon. Thanks so much for this amazing pill. It's brought my 19 year old self back. I plan on buying more.

I lost about 20 lbs using this product. I believe I'm at a size 28 in pants. I would definitely try this product again

Love it! I've been taking for my morning workout and it still keeps me amped for the rest of the day! This combined with dabbling at intermittent fasting I broke my plateau and steadily on my way to my goal weight

It's been a good jolt of energy this far. I don't drink caffeine but the caffeine in this doesn't put me over the edge or make me jittery. Down 2 pounds total in two weeks with light workouts. Will continue to see further results!

This product works great. You also should do your part with regular workout. This product boosts my performance at gym. I've tried a handful of fat burners and this one has actually showed results. Keep in mind exercise and a quality diet have to be involved too or your wasting your time.
