Works great. Extra energy and has helped with controlling appetite. I've lost an additional 20 pounds since I started taking it. On days I forget, I def feel a difference!

Within the first week with my normal workout routine I have lost 4 pounds. I am curious on any scientific studies (I like knowing that stuff). I'm curious what my final results will be after 3 months.

I don't feel as though the pills are as effective as the singles. I feel like I have more energy for a longer period with the singles. I'll have to purchase those directly from the website though.
