Overall I was expecting a bit thicker cardboard, but this is sufficient for my needs.I'm using them to make solar ovens for s'mores with my preschool class. The precut tabs on top helped with cutting the window/reflective flap.I sprayed the tinfoil with spray adhesive then placed the box inside down on the foil. Assembled box, cut flap, double sided sticky tape and plastic wrap over cutout. Viola- it got to 160f early afternoon sun, temp's in the mid 80's, high uv index
