For DIY use, this drill is quite adequate. The drill worked well in my press and with a little cutting oil performed well. May require sharpening if used a lot.

The metal I had intended to drill was TOO hard for any drill bit, so I ended up torching out the holes. However, I've used it a number of times since and have had nothing but success.

I had to drill some tubeless garden cart wheels for a 5/8 axle. They came with a1/2 center. Worked fine.

Drilled though the knuckles on the Jeep to put one ton adaptesr for steering. Worked great. Bought 2 because I thought I'd wear one out on each side. First one still has plenty of life in it and still have a new one in tool box for later. For the price is say buy it up. 16 dollars compared to 130 from name brand place.
