I threaded about 5 inches of hole before she got slow. Was able to touch up with angle grinder a few times and get another 5 inches of tapping. I was impressed that the tap didn't require much backing up to break the cutting, was able to drive ahead for many turns at a time.

Easily fixed Cross threaded ar15 grip screw hole, little wd40 and patience and it worked for me.

I am very impressed with this tap and handle. I could not believe how much easier it was to cut threads using this setup. I had to keep reminding myself to use oil because this tap would cut decent dry even in 1/8 plate.

this tap bore out several taps in aluminum almost to the nuts and even the last one felt like butter. it'll make you wanna drill extra holes just to tap them, its that good. steal this companies money LOL, these things are worth 3 times the price they charged me

cut like butter. This is my repeated experience with these taps. use cutting fluid and hold the tap perpendicularly to the part. evacuate chips and things should be fine.
