I am very happy with my purchase. Wish It had come with a dvd so I could learn more to do with it. But it's a quality product and i'm totally satisfied with it.

Good fill-in exercise on days I don't feel like going to gym. Bonus, grandkids love it when they visit. Found the book GET ON IT an important addition to maximize use of the BOSU!

Exactly what I needed to strengthen my knees and increase balance. We add the medicine balls to increase the training response!

The BOSU ball is great but I did not like the video it was too basic. But I am enjoying working the BOSU into my daily routine.

This Bosu was just what I expected. It inflated easily and is just like the equipment in my Pilates class.

A great way to do core body work. I have 2 and can do lunges and reverse on them. Lots of great exercises that you can do to improve you balance and core. It came brand new and in great shape.

The pro basic is the one shown in the photo....Order it and you receive the one with the black bottom and feet.

I can't give the product 5 stars since I didn't receive what was shown. I received the black bottom not the grey. And even thou the box has basic stamped on it, nowhere does it state pro. I ended up sending it back since I figured that if I'm paying for pro, then why settle for less.

After reading that as people age they lose balance control. I have seen this brand at rehab services and at my chiropacters office. I actually feel that I have made progress. I rode a bicycle to work for years and my balance on the trainer with my eyes open is not a problem, eyes shut not so much, but stil I am making progress.

Did not come w/ DVD as advertised. Otherwise, it's a fantastic core-strengthening tool, and will help tremendously with skiing this winter.

The Bosu came well packaged. It inflated easily. It is just what I expected. The Bosu is a great addition to our home gym.

Product is very good but I thought I was mislead when the video & book were included. The website appeared to have video & book included, should have print page at the time of purchase.

This is just like the one in the gym and came as promised. I rely on customer reviews to help me make my decision and was happy with the purchase. Definitely recommend this product.

The product itself is a wonderful exercise tool, usable in a whole range of ways, and well-made. The accompanying booklets and DVDs are also excellent.My only quibble is that the pump that is included is worthless, and therefore if you buy one you should plan on finding an alternate means of inflation.

It took me a while to find a company that would ship this item overseas and I am so happy this seller did. The BOSU ball increases the intensity of my workout. The size of the BOSU is same the one used in the gym.

When I sprained my knee a couple years ago I spent about 6 weeks in physical therapy trying to get my stability back. As a Marine bad knees can kill a career, so after being restored to full duty I wanted to implement the exercises my physical therapist had me doing into my regular workout to try to prevent future problems. A BOSU balance trainer was something I had never used before this injury, and it was one of the first things I went looking for when I was done with physical therapy. This BOSU is just like the one I used at the PT clinic, and being 6'3" and 230lbs I made sure I was getting something that would hold up to my weight. Because of my deployments and duty station transfers, this BOSU has spent 2 cold winters and 1 hot summer deflated in storage, and everytime it has pumped back up and been ready for use without any problems. The pump that comes with it is good enough to inflate the BOSU, but it's cheap and instead of keeping it to use only a couple times a year I threw it away and use my bicycle pump instead.

Just received this product. In answer to the posted question, it measures 63.5 cm across, measuring across the round part, not the handles, so it must be the larger 65 cm version. The product description could be improved.

I was introduced to the BOSU by a Pilates instructor on a visit east last summer. She exposed me to only a few exercises but enough to intrigue me. I took the ball to my regular teacher in LA and found that the BOSU adapts perfectly to most of basic mat work as it increases difficulty and requires proper alignment that might not be detected without the watchful eye of a trainer. I own a spine corrector and find many of the exercises that are uncomfortable on that apparatus are perfect on the BOSU. The ball is well constructed and easy to set up. Nice addition to my home workout equipment.
