electrician, lots of note taking. does not get soft,worn,ruined while in my vest pocket all day. incredibly sturdy. people complain about the size... its a notebook not a journal. see complains of expensive... it would take me 3-4 from walgreens or walmart to get the same use as they dont last long enough before being ruined by sweat. some pens smear, just test your beforehand. pages are thick and do not tear out of the notepad easily. this product is for those getting word done not some minivan driving karen doing groceries.

I've recently been at two different job sites where I was standing out in the rain and snow for hours on end. Having this on hand is top-notch when you can't have your phone out. I picked up this spiral-bound book so that way i could give out notes or discard old ones as needed. Will buy again!

Wasted time with regular paper spiral pads for years and they always fell apart really fast. These are much better.

Use these for work it almost hurts to because of how nice they are. Holds up amazingly well and yes I've washed them with my clothes, let it air dry and works fine. Will write in the rain but you have to use their pen or a pencil.

Sturdy construction, works as advertised, pages are tearable. I wanted the ability to easily tear pages out, and this notebook allows this but is sturdy enough that it isn't likely to accidentally lose pages when carried haphazardly.I used it in my kitchen sink, with water running over it and submerged, and it works. It's kinda boringly reliable to be honest. Will definitely order more, adding these to my daily backpack carry, medical kits, and backpacking gear.

I'm a bartender and I use this to keep track of my recipes. I'll usually have this open on the bar top where it's constantly splashed by juice, etc. It wipes clean with no warping of the pages from the liquid, but there is some staining if I don't get to it in time. It's flexible enough and sized so that I can comfortably keep it in my back pocket.

Amazing how you can write on this waterproof notebook when it is soaking wet. The paper just repels the water No water soluble ink though, pencil works great.

Have been using these notebooks for years for work they fit in a shirt pocket great and are always handy for me and whoever is around that needs to scratch a note

I wouldn't go around saying the paper is not tearable. It is. It is just more sturdy and one directional tearable it won't wear down and fall out of the notebook. I bought these for my husband when he started his new job drilling and blasting so he could keep notes. He so Har has worked in torrential downpours, snow, and frigid Temps and the notebooks have withstood it all. He was able to keep it on him and take notes. Due to the nature of his job he also gets very dusty and dirty which the stone paper withstands easily. He throws the notepad in his pocket does his job, periodically shakes the loose rock and dirt out of it and keeps writing!

Does exactly what it says it does. I use a regular ball-point pen and this worked just fine in rain and snow. No fancy special expensive pen is needed.
