Quality product. Have not put it through the elements, but is a perfect size field book to keep in your back pocket as long as youre not sitting all the time. If you need to keep it in your front pocket or do a lot of driving, I recommend the slimmer sized notebook this company sells in a 3 pack. They come with less pages but as a result are more enjoyable to carry

Product is great you can feel the waterproof paper and the binder of the papers are very strong bind glue super nice notebook. item just as described.

I've carried one of these in my back pocket everyday for over a year. I'm on my third one and they hold up great to everything you can throw at them.

The only design flaw is that they use the inside of the back cover for marketing and advertising. These notebooks are perfect for doers doing things. They should have used the space for more reference tables.

This little notebook is the perfect EDC size. It's slightly larger than the average wallet. I can easily slide it in my back pocket or into the front of my bag. My only thing that I'd like to see in the future is one of those flat elastic bands to keep it flat so you don't have to worry about any pages getting bent or folded in half if it's floating around in a gear bag.

This is the best pocket notebook on the market with one flaw. The pages are durable and waterproof. My favorite pen to use is the Sharpie ultra fine marker. I bought a Sharpie Pen and it did not work. It responded to the page the same way a gel pen does. The ink beaded up and didn't adhere to the paper. Parker Quinkflow ballpoint ink and Fisher Space Pen react about the same. I prefer the Sharpie ultra fine marker because it is much darker and still waterproof after it dries. The one flaw is that I wish it was the same size as all the other pocket notebooks on the market like the Moleskine and the Field Notes. This one is a half inch shorter. The last picture shows the page to be a little wrinkled from the moisture but after it completely dried it is no longer wrinkled.

This is a great pad, durable plastic cover and wax coated waterproof paper. Amazing notepad for outdoor use. This is not the thin memo book, this is about 1/4 inch thick.

The paper seems heavy duty, but will not accept ball point pen ink. To write in this notebook I have had to use a marker pen, such as a Sharpie. Ink doesn't bleed through to the other side. Problem is that I have to be sure to carry a marker pen with it which means carrying 2 pens at all times. Maybe that is the nature of this manufacturers' waterproof paper, but I've had other all-weather notebooks that did accept ball point pen ink.

So I got this because I like to backpack .
