Mission: The mission of the racine zoological society is to foster an enlightening and affordable wildlife experience that improves the bond between people and nature. The society will provide for the recreation and education of the people, the conservation of wildlife and wild places, and the advancement of science.

Programs: The racine zoological society operates a zoological park that features exotic and domestic animals and participation in conservation programs for rare and endangered species. During 2017, the society provided educational programs for school groups and zoo guests. The society administered 307 programs (including birthday parties, educational programs, etc. ) and hosted 132 field trips. Together these programs reached approximately 22,464 people.
