I have been buying RADA knives for about 20 yrs they are the best knives I have ever used they rarely ever need sharpening and the large spoons hold up so well they don't bend and so forth I would highly recommend RADA knives/utensils some are a bit pricey but they are worth it

This knife is my favorite for slicing tomatoes and other vegetables. I have a couple in my cutlery set ready for use. So versatile, durable and easy to use.

I LOVE this MADE IN USA Rada Cutlery Tomato Slicing Knife with a Stainless Steel Blade! I purchased several in 2021 when I needed something I could easily throw in the dishwasher without worrying about ruining the handle. From the day Rada Cutlery Tomato Slicing Knife arrived, it has been my favorite! The handle is easy to grip and use. The blades are sharp enough that you need to be exceptionally careful when washing them... so it's nice to be able to simply put them in the dishwasher. The only con to them is that stainless steel is soft, so be careful of the tips. (I was careless with one of them and accidentally bent the tip.) I use these knives for just about everything - slicing all kinds of vegetables and meats, and after two years they remain sharp enough to still easily slice into a tomato. Now that's a great knife!

Cuts through tomatoes without making a big juicy mess and made in the U.S.A., what a great deal! I would recommend hand washing to make it last longer but I have put it through the dishwasher several times with no issues.

I bought one of these years ago at a local festival and it is by far the best peeling knife I have ever owned. The only problem, was that I always wished I had another one for when this one was dirty. Voila! I found it and could not be happier. Makes short work of peelings vegetables and fruits.

I live heirloom tomato. There is nothing like a perfect sliced tomato. Salt and pepper. A great addition to any meal. And now, this little knife makes those slices perfect. My only caution to everyone, the knife is very sharp. Handle with care. I'm so glad to have made this purchase.

I bought this knife because I was hoping the serrated blade would slice carrots and leave them with nice ribbed lines so that the slices would look like the lines in salmon slices and it worked perfectly to make vegan smoked salmon (Google it--its amazing!!)!!! I've also used it to slice tomatoes and it slices though so easily it's almost scary!! Definitely with every penny!!!
