Mission: MISSION:Rainbows for All Children is dedicated to guiding youth through the storms of life. Rainbow fosters awareness that youth require support to heal from adverse childhood experiences. To impact the need at the community level, Rainbows trains facilitators worldwide to lead peer support groups using an evidence-based curriculum. VISION:Rainbows for All Children provides support to youth who have experienced a traumatic event or life-altering loss by:
•Training volunteer facilitators to lead age-specific peer-support groups;
•Increasing awareness of the importance of addressing childhood trauma using evidence-based programs;
•Advocating for efforts to lessen the risk of poor health outcomes in adulthood as a result of adverse childhood experiences. ValuesRainbows for All Children’s staff is committed to:
