Nice embroidery. Looks very nice. But it seems to run just a bit on the larger side. Although it has an adjustable strap, it does look big.... unless you have a big head.

FABULOUS! However, there is a tag on the bill that reads "Airborne Assault." So if you are buying this for someone that was in the 101st that actually jumped, this is NOT the same thing! You can however, color over the tiny tag with a black sharpie and VIOLA! It does not show.

Like the hat and is comfortable, but because it is 100% acrylic (I would have expected a large percentage cotton) it might not be great in really hot weather. The hat is large but is adjustable.

The cap is nice - real quality. It's deep and well made, seems like the workmanship is pretty high quality. The fastener is velcro with plenty of space. Some of the Rothco hats are not nearly as sturdy. The patch and "1ST CAVALRY text on the brim and back strap are gold thread embroidery and are thick.
