I ordered 2 of these hats from this company and am quite impressed with the quality of hat I received for the cost. The embroidery was good quality (no snags or jagged edges) and the velcro backing made it easy to adjust to my head without appearing cheap. The shipping cost was reasonable for the product weight and distance (currently overseas APO) and they were packaged with care. Shipping time was 7 days from order which is great despite the fact that it had to go across the Atlantic to get to me. Overall, an outstanding experience. Think I'll order some more hats for my folks for Chritmas.
