I have bought him 2 so far. He loves wearing it, because people go up to him and shake his hand and thank him for his service. It makes him feel so proud.

I purchased for father a WWII vet perfect in every way. Arrived on the day they said it would. The was made of solid material perfect for bald headed man.

Bought this for my 88 YO FIL who fought Hitler during WWII, the BIG ONE. He is proud to wear this hat at many functions. The Maine Dept of Motor Vehicles (DMV) recently suspended his drivers license due to a competency test that most people couldn't pass. At least he has a hat to be proud of even if he lost his damn drivers license. Won a war and lost his license! I bet the doctor who gave the test wouldn't be able to find his way across the Wash. Co. Middleground Blueberry Barrens like my FIL can do. Fight for your country, raise a family then have someone pull your prividge to drive. I tell ya.... Nice hat though!

Ordered the hat for my 87 yr old father that served in WWII. He was never one to brag or boast about serving but was traveling across the country to visit our family for Thanksgiving and I asked him to please wear the hat while traveling thru the airport. Well...He loved it, even said it had the correct ribbons on it!! Several people thanked him for his service and even got a free upgrade to first class. Great service, loved the personal note inside the package, the hat exceeded my expectations...I would order from this company again even if the price was double! Thank you!!

This is a really nice hat. The workmanship is outstanding. It is made in USA. My dad now has it on or sitting on his dash all the time. He like so many others are slow to share their experiences. That is understandable. I am proud of my pop. He was the 4th brother to join and he enlisted in the Navy just as they were preparing for the invasion of Japan.

My uncle is a WWII veteran with a purple heart and I sent this to him for his 80th birthday--and he loved it, he wears it all the time. I highly recommend this hat for anyone who has a loved one that was in WWII, I don't think you can go wrong with this as a gift.

Ordered this cap for my 91 yr-old father for Christmas. He served during WWII in the Pacific Theater, and hopefully will be traveling this Spring to Washington D.C. with "Honor Flight" to the WWII Memorial.. he is excited to have this beautiful, well-made cap, especially for his trip.

Purchased for my Grandfather for Christmas, along with a Purple Heart Patch from another company. When I received it, the hat was perfect. Great Monogramming!! Nice vivid colors!! Very well made. But I wanted to add a little something more for my grandfather who was injured in WWII. He is proud of the time he served. So, I applied the patch by handsewing it to the back of the hat. Very easy to do on this hat (as the fabric takes the needle well) and came out looking awesome! This hat was perfect!!
