Works as a lightweight face mask. I wore it when hiking at 5,300 feet with 45 mph winds and snow and it kept me warm. It hugs your face tightly and is pretty form fitting. I just wish it was longer to cover your neck a little better.<br /><br />You should also be careful when trying to take it off, because you might accidentally rip a stitch.

Am use to a longer fit on the neck. Would have given a 5 star if was longer and covered neck better.

For a one size fits all and the price point this guy works great for extreme conditions. While it may not fit as good as a sized one it certainly helps with wind chill. The option to unmask is nice as well.

Very warm and comfortable, although I mostly use it as a scarf. One thing, the hood is hard to put on if you have long hair.

Very cool, a little small. If you have a big head <- it is gonna be a squeeze but looks very cool.

It's a balaclava, I can tell you that, it's also well done and the sewing isn't easily broken. Only problem is that it's a bit small and the front part of the neck area is lifted and exposing my neck. I'll just be buying a shemagh to cover it up.

Works great, size runs a bit small. The thing smell horrible out of the box - plan on letting it air out for a week before use.
