Mission: To support youth and adults with disabilities and mental illness to reach their full potential. We do this by providing individualized services that maximize independence, promote community involvement, and improve physical and mental well-being.

Programs: Community living supports - supported 145 adults through employment services which provide independent living skills training and support.

mental health services - provide counseling, parental education, and support for individuals and families who deal with mental health conditions. The number of individuals supported increased from 252 to 297.

adaptive recreation - had a 13% increase across program attendance from the prior year. Offered a variety of adaptive programs and activities which promote physical and mental health and well being. There were over 2,831 total registrations including 537 new individuals in 2017.

waiver case management - provide support to individuals who are looking to coordinate their services through waiver funding. 61 individuals were supported in 2017.
