True blue color. Ink washes right off everything. Has a bit of a shine to it when dryed. Used for hand prints for by twins thank you cards post 1st birthday and worked great!

This was on the supply list for my toddler so I ordered it. Thought is was a a little bigger but does the trick. Says washable so that’s always great with toddlers and I love it’s in a nice blue color.
