Mission: Started in 2010 and established as a 501(c)3 in 2014, Reality's Chance is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses in need, both domestic and American Mustangs. Additionally, we strive to educate and rehabilitate people as well with programs for all ages and abilities.
Target demographics: We work to help people of all ages and abilities discover the healing powers of these amazing animals and help spread the word to help us place them in loving, forever homes.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We connect horses with forever homes and educate the community and visiting groups on the plight of horses in need. We offer a peaceful place for visitors to unwind and forget their cares and worries if only for a short time!
Geographic areas served: Pleasant Lake, Michigan
Programs: We offer gentling, training, riding lessons, event space, horsemanship clinics, community group tours, children's camps, programs for the disabled and more!
