Mission: The mission of Rebuilding Together Twin Cities is bringing volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of homeowners in need.

Results: In the last year we installed 14 handicap ramps to allow people to safely enter and exit their homes and replaced 50 roofs across the metro area.

Target demographics: Low-income older adults (+55), individuals living with disabilities and families with children

Geographic areas served: The seven county metro area and southwest Minnesota
